The Family Connection to Business Growth
Brad’s visionary journey began with a personal challenge: finding the ideal educational setting for his son, Flynn, who was living with epilepsy. This led to a transformative move to Fiji, where Flynn flourished in a personalised learning environment. Inspired by this positive experience, Brad established Our Pacific Office as a successful business vehicle for giving back to the Fijian community. By creating jobs and nurturing local talent, he aims to make a lasting impact on the country that shaped his family's life.
From Tourism to Outsourcing: The Seed of an Idea
Initially, Brad focused on tourism marketing. In 2015, he partnered with Stuart Stratton, CEO of Connection Airport Transfers, to expand into the outsourcing industry. Inspired by his successful trial in Fiji, we capitalised on the island's talented workforce. What began with a small team of four quickly grew, driven by Fiji's culture and hospitality.
We've recognised Fiji as a prime outsourcing location. Fijians' innate hospitality and strong English language skills, coupled with the country's time zone proximity to Australia, enable us to provide efficient, culturally attuned, cost-effective solutions.
