Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellence in customer service support
  • Handle high volume of incoming call enquiries
  • Respond to general enquiry emails and live chat
  • Reservations coordination for hotel bookings
  • Process cancellations and amendments promptly and accurately
  • Process and input all reservations following company reservation policies ensuring that all inquiries are addressed promptly
  • Quote and book the company range

Skills:

  • Ability to handle multiple booking channels
  • Ability to work with CRM tools
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality
  • Strong ability to multi-task
  • Previous experience within a similar role, with a strong customer and sales focus
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a great telephone manner with clear and concise communication skills
  • Ability to build rapport with customers or potential customers
  • Business development and/or sales experience
  • Exceptional organisational, time management and written communication skills
  • Have strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
  • A willingness to use initiative and solve problems
  • Proficient computer literacy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliability and flexibility in working shift work, weekends and public holidays
