At Our Pacific Office, we can help you find a skilled and dedicated Sales Staff who will perform all the tasks required of the role, to help grow your business.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellence in customer service support
- Handle high volume of incoming call enquiries
- Respond to general enquiry emails and live chat
- Reservations coordination for hotel bookings
- Process cancellations and amendments promptly and accurately
- Process and input all reservations following company reservation policies ensuring that all inquiries are addressed promptly
- Quote and book the company range
Skills:
- Ability to handle multiple booking channels
- Ability to work with CRM tools
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality
- Strong ability to multi-task
- Previous experience within a similar role, with a strong customer and sales focus
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a great telephone manner with clear and concise communication skills
- Ability to build rapport with customers or potential customers
- Business development and/or sales experience
- Exceptional organisational, time management and written communication skills
- Have strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
- A willingness to use initiative and solve problems
- Proficient computer literacy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliability and flexibility in working shift work, weekends and public holidays
