Brad Russell – Director & Co Founder
Permanently based in the Fiji Islands and originally from the travel industry, Brad is well recognized across the Pacific and Asia after running his own sales and marketing consultancy business for two decades as well as working in key senior positions for some iconic brands prior to venturing out on his own. With extensive management experience he offers a wealth of “hands on” knowledge of assisting businesses with profitability, operational solutions and ways to implement sales and marketing initiatives which will lead to higher returns & business growth. Being an all-rounder Brad has also successfully managed an annual event for the travel industry over the past 17 years in 5 locations across two countries in SE Asia attracting over 600 attendees each year. Brad has a proven track record, helping clients achieve their goals with a focus on customer service. Brad is currently in his third term as President of the SKAL Fiji Club, a highly reputable club in the tourism industry attracting top end tourism professionals with over 300 clubs worldwide. During his recreational time, you will find him enjoying the pristine turquoise waters of the Fiji Islands.
Tracy Russell – Director & Co Founder
Tracy who has been permanently based in the Fiji Islands since 2012 holds more than 30 years of professional experience in a vast array of fields which include the medical industry managing large medical practices and teams, holiday letting apartment management, consulting for the tourism industry working with many different clients supporting them with different tourism products. This has given her a strong skillset in her ability to develop and implement management systems, human resources and client relationships. Tracy is responsible for empowering teams in the provisions of excellent service that strive to exceed the expectations of clients. Tracy has a love for the natural beauty of the Fiji Islands and whilst on days off you will often find her exploring what this lovely country has to offer both in the beautiful waters and the interior of Viti Levu and surrounding Islands.
Stuart Stratton – Director & Co Founder
Stuart Stratton is an accomplished Entrepreneur and CEO based in the Gold Coast Australia and a board member of the Entrepreneurs Organisation Brisbane and a two time runner up in the Gold Coast Young Entrepreneur of the year.
Stuart founded and operates the largest privately owned airport ground transport operator in Australia Con-X-ion Airport transfers, based in SEQ Con-x-ion serves 1 million plus passengers per year. Con-x-ion has used offshore teams in the Philippines, India and Fiji to support the business for the past 10 years so Stuart has had first-hand experience of the good and bad when outsourcing business functions.
Having built and sold multiple companies across the Contact Centre, Renewable Energy, Tourism, Transport industries Stuart brings his “Real World” experience of the BPO industry to OPO.
When not working Stuart can be found playing competitive tennis or spending time cruising the beautiful GC waterways with his family.
Stuart is passionate about OPO because it solves the many challenges facing organisations today, amazing talent available at a very reasonable cost in an ethically run and positive working environment. (Fiji and OPO is a well kept secret that has been a huge contributor to my business success over the years and now its time to spread the word!!)
Christine Racumu – Office Manager
Christine manages the office personnel, wears the human resources hat, and assists the Directors of the business. Christine is pivotal in making sure the office runs smoothly, and that our team has a happy and productive environment to work in. She is committed to incorporate her wealth of knowledge and management experience of 17 years that she has acquired, to equip our team to best serve our clients.
Rosie Tasere – Senior Supervisor
Rosie joined the team in 2017 as a Customer Service Representative she very quickly grew within the company becoming a Senior Supervisor. Her supervisory role includes responsibility for day to day operations of designated teams ensuring work is carried out in a timely manner. Rosie is also responsible to develop and execute staff training and advancement, undertaking coaching and performance reviews, motivation and guiding her team into achieving positive results. Rosie has also worked in various contact centre companies in Fiji and is able to utilize those skills and knowledge that leads to positive team development.
David Raiwalui – Senior Team Leader
David joined BTR Fiji in January 2018 and is currently leading a team of 8 for our client. His responsibilities include his dedication to the day to day supervisory duties maintaining our client’s expectations. He is personally proud and privileged to look after a renowned recruitment company in Australia, that in time has evolved with, in their skills & knowledge contributing to their professional growth.
Atunaisa Waqa – IT Manager
With strong experience in IT and Networking skills previously working for some of the larger companies in Fiji with major network requirements, Waqa always provides solutions with anything to do with technology. Waqa is a very helpful and friendly IT Manager who can work under pressure and is always 100% available when needed.
