APPOINTMENT SETTER
At Our Pacific Office, we can help you find a skilled and dedicated Appointment Setter who will perform all the tasks required of the role, to help your sales team grow your business.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with sales team
- Pre-quality leads through series of questions
- Follow up contact with customers and leads
- Manage customers and leads within CRM program
- Manage diaries for sales team
- Database management
- Generating interest from leads
Skills:
- Exceptional customer service skills
- A friendly and outgoing personality
- Previous experience within a similar role
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a great telephone manner
- Exceptional organisational, time management and written communication skills
- A high level of computer literacy
- Enjoy working in a fast paced environment
- A willingness to use initiative and solve problems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliability and flexibility in working shift work, weekends and public holidays
